Kate and Brian’s fall Blackstone Rivers Ranch wedding was full of rustic elegance and a fantastic setting for many of their out of town guests. I’ve been looking forward to this one since their spring Golden Gate Canyon engagement from earlier this year.
While I was with the ladies, Anya was just down the hall photographing the guys getting ready. I love the fact that there are equally gorgeous spaces for both a bride and groom at the venue. After finishing touches, we drove nine miles up the road to Echo Lake for first look. While we were up there, their dog Koda joined us for a few portraits.
Their outdoor ceremony at Blackstone Rivers Ranch beautifully captured both their faith and a love for the outdoors. The tent reception was absolutely gorgeous. The flowers and lights draped throughout the tent set it apart from so many other tent receptions that I’ve photographed. When it came time to party, Great Family Reunion kept the dance floor full all night long.
A perfectly run event is usually thanks to a group of hard working planners and this wedding was no different. Lauren and her team from Hourglass Productions not only made our lives easier, but they also put together a flawless day and were a ton of fun to work with.
We had a great time documenting Kate and Brian’s fall Blackstone Rivers Ranch wedding and hope to make it back there for another wedding soon.
