Cherokee Ranch and Castle Foundation is a historic castle venue in Sedalia and provides unobstructed mountain views of the Front Range and unique charm.

The castle up on the hill is unlike most wedding venues near Castle Rock or others south of the Denver metro area. This historic venue can accommodate up to 150 guests for a sit-down reception between the great hall and pavilion tent. The outdoor patio serves as the most common ceremony location. Sitting on the tallest point on the private property, this venue provides panoramic views from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak.

Donna Smith and her team will work with you to create a fantastic event. The venue allows you to choose from a list of eight approved caterers and all rentals come from Event Rents to make it a seamless process.

You’ll have the entire venue to yourself on the wedding day which sets your mind at ease. The Cherokee Ranch and Castle Foundation provides its own private security for the event.

$4,600-$6,500 starting price (venue only). Contact the venue for detailed pricing.

On-site parking is plentiful.

You don't need to leave the venue for photos. The perimeter of the grounds offer great views of the mountains. The lower level of the castle features an archway that creates a photo that you'll surely want to hang on the wall.

WHY WE LOVE IT

The views are absolutely majestic and the light in the bridal suite is lovely. I also love how intimate and private the venue feels because of where it's located.
Pro Tip: The ceremony space outdoors can be hot in the summer months so plan for a ceremony later in the day.
