Jane and David’s love for the mountains is hard to top. It’s their playground and nothing would have been more fitting than having all their most important people join them mid-mountain for a winter wedding in Summit County at Arapahoe Basin.

It took several years to convince Louise at A Bay to open up their doors for their first ever winter wedding. Converting a space from a ski lodge to something fit for a wedding day in just a few hours is no easy task but the team did an incredible job making it all happen.

A few injury complications prevented them from skiing on their wedding day so I knew that I wanted to incorporate something special for them. Jane and David are regulars at the Moonlight Dinner Series so I thought it would be fitting to capture them under the stars at the place that means so much to them. Their smiles and laughter were infectious all day long and it was the perfect way to start off the wedding season at my favorite venue to photograph.

Congratulations you two! It was a pleasure being part of your day.
