Summer Mountaintop Wedding | Caitlin & Gavin

Caitlin and Gavin’s summer mountaintop wedding at Arapahoe Basin was a ton of fun to document. It rained on us a few different times but that didn’t stop them from having an amazing day. Ever since I captured their engagement near Copper Mountain last fall I’ve been looking forward to their wedding.

Michael and I arrived at their rental home as they were finishing getting ready for the day. With the weather looming, we soon headed up to Loveland Pass for their first look before heading over to Black Mountain Lodge for the ceremony and reception. The laughter was plentiful during their picture perfect ceremony. They even managed to sneak outside between storms for a few photos that evening before tearing up the dance floor with their guests. We had a great time with them from start to finish.

It took several years to convince Louise at A Bay to open up their doors for their first ever winter wedding. Converting a space from a ski lodge to something fit for a wedding day in just a few hours is no easy task but the team did an incredible job making it all happen. A few injury complications prevented them from skiing on their wedding day so I knew that I wanted to incorporate something special for them. Jane and David are regulars…

  • Classic Colorado Wedding | Diana & Eric

Eric and Diana’s Classic Colorado wedding was a blast to capture from start to finish. When we walked in the door the music was playing and the energy was high. It came as no surprise after we spent time together during their fall engagement in Breckenridge. These two have a great time together so I knew their wedding day would be a ton of fun. Michael photographed Eric and the guys getting ready while I was just down the street with Diana and the rest of the wedding party. The weather was ominous all morning but we snuck out of the house a little early for first look on Loveland Pass and I’m glad we did. We managed to find a few great spots for…
