I’ve been looking forward to Holly and Hayden’s summer wedding for quite some time. You may even remember their Fall mountain engagement session from last year. Simply put, they are my kind of people. I have greatly enjoyed getting to know them over the past year. Not only are they hard working, intelligent folks but they also love beer so much that they decided to get married at Briar Common Brewery in the Jefferson Park neighborhood just west of downtown Denver. We get along so well that even one of the Brewery staff thought I was an old college friend of their just based on our interactions together. That’s a compliment I’ll gladly accept.

While I was with the ladies, Travis started the day with Hayden and his friends and family at a house rental owned by pro snowboarder Matt Ladley. It was a smaller wedding which meant that all their closest friends and family were in attendance. After first look we all loaded onto a party bus and headed down to Improper City in RiNo to have a beer and make a few portraits. Thankfully the rain held off the majority of the day to keep things mostly stress free.

Their rooftop ceremony and brewery reception was a blast to cover. The food was outstanding, actually some of the best I’ve ever had at a wedding, and the beer is fantastic as well. We were thrilled with the opportunity to document your summer brewery wedding in Denver. Congratulations you two!
