Engagement photos in Boulder Colorado | Dimitra & George

I had so much fun photographing Dimitra and George’s engagement photos in Boulder Colorado. We met up for a a couple of tasty beverages at Eureka to celebrate before hitting all the hot spots around town. Dimitra grew up in Boulder and it meant a lot to have photos with George in her hometown.

Pearl Street is one of the most popular locations in the city, which can be tough for photos but these two had a blast together as though no one else was around. After a quick outfit change we ventured over to the University of Colorado where Dimitra went to school. I’ve photographed on campus before and it always provides stunning backdrops. Varsity Lake and Old Main Chapel are some of my favorite locations and they happen to be close to one another.

At the end of the session we ventured up Flagstaff road to take in the sunset at Lost Gulch Overlook. It’s a popular location fora  reason and once you experience the sun disappearing beyond the mountains from that vantage point you’ll understand why.

These two are going to throw an epic wedding at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Denver in September and I can’t wait to capture their big day!

It was nothing but smooth sailing for Liz and Sean’s Rembrandt Yard wedding in Boulder last weekend. Everyone was on time, the light was a spectacle, moments were plentiful and most importantly their loved shined through. I spent several hours with Liz, her mother and soon to be in-laws as they got ready at Rembrandt yard. While they shared hilarious stories together and allowed the moms to do what mothers do best, I was around to document it all. Dan was with Sean and his father down the street at the St. Julien where I can promise the beer was cold and the conversation surrounded Ireland’s chances in the ongoing European Soccer Championships. They opted to forgo a first look and instead wait to see…

  • Folsom Field Proposal | Hayley & Joe

Joe contacted me a month ago to share his proposal plans and after having a drink with him and hearing more about their story, I knew this would be a memorable one to capture. Hayley’s family are CU Boulder alumni and have had a suite at the stadium since she was a kid. It’s a place with so many memories for their family so it was the perfect place to propose. Much like myself, Joe is a visual person (and incredible videographer) with a keen eye for the moment. We have, somewhat unknowingly, worked alongside each other at Denver Broncos football games for years. His attention to detail for this proposal was second to none which excited me the more I heard about it. I…
