Downtown Littleton engagement session | Megan & Bill

There is nothing better than starting off an afternoon with beer and that’s exactly what we did for Megan and Bill’s downtown Littleton engagement session. Although it’s a few minutes outside of downtown Littleton we met up at the Breckenridge Brewery Farm House for a couple tasty suds to kick things off. If you haven’t been then you definitely need to check it out. The food is great and the beer is always top notch. The facility has a rustic feel and features plenty of seating both inside and out with plenty of yard games to keep you busy with a cold beer in hand.

After capturing a few images at the Farm House we ventured over to Sterne Park near their new home. I encourage couples to choose at least one location that means something to them and Megan and Bill were excited to go to the park that they spend so many nights walking around.

As the sun began to fall behind the mountains we drove to downtown Littleton for a bit of a different feel and a couple outfit changes. They spent the next hour or so enjoying each other’s company and I was happy to tag along to capture them as a couple.

I’m looking forward to documenting their wedding day in a few weeks.

It’s not often that I get to photograph my friends so when the opportunity presents itself it’s always something that I look forward to. Michael has been a good friend since we lived next door to each other in the dorms our freshman year of undergrad and we later roomed together during a semester abroad in Rome. Carlyle and I are both marketing geeks so it’s been fun to talk shop while we’ve been able to get to know each other the past eight months or so. Along with a few others, Michael helped push me to pursue photography while we were in Italy so I almost owe him for where I am today. With that in mind, I’m excited to be shooting their upcoming…

  • TenMile Station Wedding in Breckenridge | Sharon & Nick

I can confidently say that Sharon and Nick’s TenMile Station wedding in Breckenridge was one of my favorites of all time. We were welcomed with open arms from the moment we walked in the door by each of their families and that feeling didn’t change the entire day. I had a feeling that it was going to be a spectacular day because I had a blast shooting their engagement photos in Golden Gate Canyon State Park earlier in the week. TenMile Station is one of the best mountain wedding venues in Colorado thanks to spectacular views, amazing service and its proximity to the charming town of Breckenridge. Located on Peak 9 of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, the ceremony site looks out towards Boreas Pass and the…
