It’s that time of the year that we’ve been waiting for. Jamie and Chad’s colorful engagement in Summit County was full of prime leaf peeping. I met up with them at Outer Range Brewing for a beer before getting started with their engagement photos. We stopped at several locations in and around Dillon Reservoir and Frisco over the course of a few hours. Everywhere we went, the golden hues of the trees were spectacular.

They brought their dogs, Bailey and Bentley, along for the photos and Jamie’s brother Patrick was a big help keeping track of them. Travis even tagged along to hold a light for me. We had soft, overcast skies for most of the day before an vibrant sunset rolled in to end the day.

We all had a blast together which is no surprise because I throughly enjoyed spending time with their family at Jamie’s sister’s wedding a few years back. I can’t wait for their Garden of the Gods Resort wedding next summer.
